TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL I want to take the opportunity to express you my discontent due the HORRIBLE condition in which the apartment was at the moment of occupancy and the attention delivered by cherry Creek apartment complex team. Be aware that if you have a pet, you HAVE TO PAY TWO NON -REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS ($ 750.00 ). When I paid the non-refundable security payment for $350.00; I wasn’t advice that I also had to paid a non-refundable security payment of $350.00 for my pet, until later on. THIS INFORMATION ISN'T IN THE BROUCHURE OR WEBSITE. In addition, a member of Cherry creek team told me I could move on 11/26/21. On that date (11/26/21), when I went to pick up the keys, I was told that the apartment wasn’t ready and the carpet had to be replaced. In effect, after 4 hour waiting the carpet was replaced that date. However, the apartment wasn’t ready for occupancy of the new lessee. I moved to this place a month ago ... I'm still waiting for the the managent office replace the missing and damage items on the property upon my arrival. The key of they mail box wasn't provide until later on. This was an inconvinient for sure, after several call and email to the office, finally was the mail carrier who told me my key was ready. So far they don't give me the access cards fitness place, pool and park. Last but not less important, looks like this place doesn't have a personnel to track or check the payments you do online. I paid my rent in the "resident portal", however they send me a nasty menssage saying I will be evicted if i didn't pay my rent. I had to call and show proof of my payment with my bank statements. There is people smoking marihuana in the parking lots and the common areas are nasty and dirty. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PLACE

I love my Apartment, its so spacious. the whole complex is beautiful and quite. and the customer service is on point, Janet & James are the best, they made the move for me and my fiancé very easy. if your thinking about moving here do NOT hesitate to do so they beautifullllllll..

I would not move here .. I was applying to move here in the beginning of September I done did paper work and all and I paid my application fee and everything..looks like to me they only wanted the application fee... they don’t try to hear what you are trying to tell them at all . I was pose to move September 4 and they emailed me September 2 and said I couldn’t because of a misunderstanding.. they don’t want to understand you at all. The property manger Monte was the only one working with us and trying to help us then she left and everything went left when it was passed to other property manger.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! 0 STARS! 1. They have roaches, it took them 2 months to send an exterminator 2. They walk inside your apartment without permission. There were plenty of times when I left my bedroom to find a stranger in my living room. 3. My water heater broke and flooded my closet, they took over month to fix it. Even after telling them about the mold & I was 3 months pregnant. 4. They are money hungry so please make sure you keep every bit of proof of payment 5. Gunshots outside your window. The police are always there but all they do is harass you.
