If I could give a zero I would! Ever since the old owner sold it, this new management has been awful! The roaches are baddd! They try to keep your security deposit & when you call about it, they act clueless!

Took my application fee and ghosted me. Called multiple times to no avail. If this is how they treat prospective clients, I cannot imagine how they treat their actual tenants.

I’d rather live out of hotels then lease another month from these terrible apartments. Extremely outdated. Has a window unit that BARELY circulates cold air to the room. Not to mention their small little one way parking lot has many holes and is always full. Walls are thinner than hair and you can hear EVERYTHING from outside. The electricity is always going out, seems atleast once every two weeks. My mailbox has been left unlocked and opened MULTIPLE times. The office staff is very rude and unprofessional, even with notes they leave at your door. Seriously, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY.

First off I am a real person nobody paid me!!! My experience living at Canterbury square was great I received my deposit back, my light bill was always cheap, and I most definitely felt safe staying there. And as far as Mrs Julie attitude I feel as she has to be stern or everything would run wild but she is a sweet person. If you get attitude most likely you gave attitude. She was always nice to me so don’t let everyone else’s experience ruin yours. I appreciate you Canterbury!!!
