I live in the building where I live everyone pretty much minds their own business and keeps to themselves. Maybe the kids will interact with one another but you have to be very watchful of them because they can get into a lot of things around there. The side that I live on is quiet but sometimes not so peaceful if you’re not on the top floor you will hear all kinds of unnecessary noises. The property manager Carla is such a sweet heart. She is very good at returning your calls & getting to the bottom of any sort of issue you may have. She very understanding. I have yet to have a problem since she’s taken over. She’s the main reason I’m a resident here.

I just moved to prairie point and it's been fantastic, all the staff are wonderful, Carla Sanders the property manager, Michael the maintenance guy have been great and very helpful. I love the apt. nothing is perfect but from where I did live, this place is heaven. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks (:

Love this place! The location is perfect, right on Shawnee Mission Parkway with all the shopping around. Also, the staff are wonderful! Carla is a great manager and really connects with her tenants. 10 out of 10 would recommend living here!

THESE APARTMENTS HAVE ESPESTOS I am a current resident and i have lived here since November. Trish was very nice when I moved in but I am currently getting kicked out because my 2 year old runs and Trish put me on the top floor which I wasn't informed of until move in day. When I voice my concerns Trish informed me it would. be fine and if my neighbors. Didn't understand its an apartment it would be crazy. So imagine my surprise when getting constant complaints specifically about my toddler running. Who has ever hear of a toddler not running? I am getting evicted for non payment of rent because she sent a letter to housing and told them not to pay so she could have a reason to evict because of course the first one is not legal at all. This place has been a nightmare and not family friendly at all. They also sent the exterminator in my house one day without notice and he almost walked in on me naked because I happened to be off that day. Also did I mention he had the key to my apartment without anyone with him. So scary and this lady has hung up on me and been so unprofessional. Trish does what she want and comes in my house whenever she wants I know so because I have ways to know if someone has been in my home. I also have recored calls with me trying to rectify the situation. Trish is kicking me out because the girl under me calls profusely about daytime noise!!!
