This was a pretty good place for the price. If you live on the lower floors you will have lots of spiders in the warmer months. Staff and maintenance was always attentive and kind. Appliances are outdated and you can tell that this place was built quickly and cheaply as walls are thin and you will hear your neighbors. Despite this, it is a good location if you want to take advantage of downtown Shawnee and want a comfortable place for your money. I never experienced a break-in and all neighbors were kind, though they kept to themselves. Pool and fitness center got the job done.

I signed my lease back in May to move in August. It is a smaller well cared for complex. My leasing agent Beth was a huge selling point as she answered ALL of my questions, made the approval process smooth & easy but wasn't pushy when it came to my decision. I can not wait to move in and make Neiman Square my home!

Pros: Location, Price Cons: Old pipes that make a lot of noise when you turn on the water, can hear the neighbors conversations, high electric bills, incompetent maintenance.

My fiance and I have lived in this community for over a year and have really enjoyed living here. The staff is very responsive, kind, and helpful. Any issue we have had has been address and solved within a timely manner. Would defiantly recommend!
