Our girls have only been going a couple months, but we love it. They are learning discipline, respect, self control and how to defend themselves. As a parent I like that you can observe the class and that the instructors are very hands on.

Love this place! My boys have been going here since May and they've already learned so much. They're more disciplined and more respectful. As a parent I love the strictness and motivation Master and Mrs. Cummings provide. As children, my boys know they're cared about and are proud to be members.

There is a kickboxing/ fitness class.

Can older adults, say, 52, take lessons and feel comfortable?? Took judo as a kid and a young world champion martial artist I support, Ethan Fineshriber kind of inspires me to take a poke at this again.

Yeah you can take lessons their at age 4-104 years old.
