I'm an electrician and our company uses HD as its primary material vendor. I often wait 10-30 minutes to be able to get the wire unlocked and carried up to the self check. It is always out of breakers(pretty common in most places at this point anywhere you go). Highly recommend you go to an actual electrical supply like Elliot to get anything you need pertaining to the electrical trade. They're often cheaper anyway.
