They don't have towels available when guest need them. We had to wash our own towels. Very frustrating. Other than that the stay was great. Our air went out but they immediately switched us to another room.

Stayed at this hotel during a soccer tournament held in Oxford, Mississippi. The hotels in Oxford were 2x-5x the price of the ones in Batesville, which is why we picked a hotel here. The drive to the soccer fields was only about 30 minutes. I noticed several boats in the parking lot so I assume the hotel isn't too far from the crappie lakes Mississippi offers too. The hotel was nice and looks like it was just built. The rooms are nice and clean. There were a few fast food restaurants and dine-in restaurants nearby as well as stores for anything you may have forgotten and need. They offered grab and go breakfast. This morning they had bagel sandwiches, waffles, cereal, and yogurt. Overall not a bad place to stay, that's going to be cheaper than places in Oxford and not too long of a drive into Oxford either.

The room was clean, but rather small. Plenty of towels. Rather disappointed that there is no hot breakfast as advertised. Easy access to several restaurants, and I 55.
