They tried to charge us 20 more dollars than what our reservation was for. I made the reservation about a week ago. Once we disputed this they cancelled our reservation. Very..very ...poor customer service at this hotel. If you stay here I would recommend checking your credit card statement to make sure they dont add on "extra" charges.

The room itself was okay, but there were signs that it had not been cleaned thoroughly (a dirty sock on the side of the dresser, dog hair on the couch, lots of dust behind the desk). We also had to rearrange the room in order to use the pullout couch mattress. Breakfast selection was not great, but the nightly cost was cheaper than others in the area.

The room was a nice size with some updated amenities, a small fridge, microwave, and single serve coffee maker. The closet was a bit small but functional. Room came with a couch and desk. Lamps have convenient plugin to charge electronics but only 1 per bedside. Bed was a 5/10, somewhat stiff for my liking and the pillows were small and miserable. Comforter was good. Room could use additional renovations as it looks half finished. All in all I paid 98 for the night but I also purchased last minute and if you have. stayed at a La Quinta before then you know what to expect. Service staff was polite and helpful!

First of. The guy standing out in the parking lot is policing it. When he should be behind a desk Comes straight out tells me I can't park here and. Was very rude. Was not even accommodating one bit. Tells me no trailer its posted. The sign says no trucks. And there is alreadytrucks with trailers here. I seen previous reviews about the construction 4 month ago. Well The same equipment is sitting here taking up parking lot. Needless to say. I found somwhere for the trailer tonight. Didnt want to hassle with trying to get a refund. Plenty of room to park by the dumpster where the other truck and trailer is. Rooms are fine. Attitude is key. The parking lot was pretty empty at 8pm. I'm going to be very upset when I wake up and still empty
