This was my 1st time coming and I was not impressed. Get a better system going like VIP Nails in Ridgeland. Have customers sign a sheet when they come in so if a person need to soak off they can be doing that instead of waiting. I brought my daughter in and they kept asking me about my nails which I had already told them I was only getting my daughters nails done.

The owner was rude. I came in as usual to get nails only this time. They removed my set and the owner came and said come back tomorrow. He wanted me to leave with ruff undone nails. He said he didn't have time to do the nail art on my thumbs. Yelling you get something plain b. I don't have time. When I left 4 people remained getting work done.

My daughters and I went there 2 weeks ago. The girls got a full set and I got a pedicure & manicure. The guy that did my baby girl nails didn't even attempt to do what she asked. He kept messing up so much he had to keep cutting her nails done. She had 3 different shapes and all of them where cut slanted. My pedicure wasn't properly done I had to go home and re-do them because he left so much dead skin that the side of my feet was real rough. And the guy left my feet under the UV light & walked off to do another clien8feet and didn't come back. We were suppose to come back and get a fill-in but all of our nails had lifted and came off. I spent $200 for some bull but I will not be back.
