Positive: Free breakfast (Look below) kids could not take nap because of banging. No one at desk at 11pm and no one answered phone. Key cards stopped working and management blamed me for taking the key out of the key holder. Management simply showed no concern f Negative: Pool was supposed to be available between 9 and 9. Was not available until 8 which meant kids were stuck in room all day. There was a leak in are room and management did nothing about it. Positive: The location to the interstate and the proximity to the airport. Negative: The couch in the sitting area was old with spills of some white substance on it.I was barefoot and stepped into a sticky area in the carpet.The bed spread had a cigarette burn hole in it.There was little food for breakfast.They said no delivery came.

Checked in for 1 night, let desk person Cord know I have a service dog and that I have bad knees and would like a room on 1st floor. Was informed there is a $25 fee for service dogs, and gave me 3rd floor room because that’s where pets go. Again informed she’s a trained service dog and not a pet and that’s against the ADA rules. He told me I need to discuss that with a manger and asked again about being on 3rd floor was told rudely there is an elevator. I said I understand but having only 1 elevator what happens if it goes out of service or there’s another type of emergency, because I can not do stairs. I was told that would be my problem because he didn’t know the answer. Besides bad check in, the room was clean and comfortable. On check out went to talk to manager which wasn’t there. Nice hotel but not friendly to a person who require a service dog. Stayed here last 2 years never had a problem, definitely will be staying at a different hotel next year and contacting corporate .

We had a Quality stay. The suite was clean and spacious. The bed was so dreamy and comfortable. The staff was polite and very customer service oriented.
