No. If you want to file a report in person, you need to go to the Magnolia station (10540 Magnolia Ave) or the Orange Street station (4102 Orange St). The Lincoln Station is the Patrol station - it's where the officers get ready, have roll call, and then go out into the field. If you go to Lincoln, you'll have to wait while an officer responds from the field, just like you would at home. Both the Magnolia and Orange stations have personnel present to take your report in person.
The Riverside Police Department does not sell cars.
