Rented here for 9 years. Changed Management once, still great. I would highly recommend Canyon Village Apartments. Excellent management and very prompt and professional maintenance! They-do care about giving 100% it shows. I felt very safe being a single lady living by myself there. Also I saw a review about someone crying about cars being towed. My response would be is to not let them park in non assigned areas. Once I had a friend come over to visit. When she went to leave her car wasn’t there. She had parked where she wasn’t suppose to. I chipped in with her to get her car out of impound. Lesson learned. Anyways long story short, Canyon Crest Village Apartments is Top notch in my experience for 9 years. Hope management and office are still all there. They were the best. Mike, Sarah and Fallen. Miss you all.

Be aware if you move in here. The apartments are older and full of black mold. I lived here for 2 yrs. I had a baby and found a ton of black mold in my closet and some in the window sills so I moved out immediately. The front office would not work with me, even regarding the health and safety of my newborn. I turned them into the city for the mold. Black mold doesn't just go away, they will just paint over it.

I lived here alone for 3 years and I was young and naive (19 years old to 21 years old), 20 years ago! I can't believe how well they kept this place up! It's really safe and clean and I loved the managers and maintenance staff. I came across this listing online tonight when I was looking for my niece who is needing an apartment. I can't believe how nice these apartments are after ALL this time! I always felt safe and I felt like my neighbors always looked out for me, a really nice safe community to be a part of. I even did laundry late at night because I worked so many long hours and I never had a problem either. While staying there I had an end unit on the bottom and then I also had an upstairs unit a part of a row of apartments and both times I had the most positive living experiences! I moved out of Riverside in 2000 and haven't been back to see it in person but form the pictures online it looks just as nice and well kept!

I have lived at Canyon Crest Village Apartments for 3 and 1/2 years. I can honestly say that I love it here. My wife and our 2 kids have never had even one problem. The office staff are all well-liked and friendly, the maintenance staff always fix things quickly and properly. I have never had any bad dealings or ill-will of any kind with any of the residents or the staff. It is a great family atmosphere. I recommend this place highly. Dr. Monte Miller
