Nice place to live, only complaint is parking and their gym is trash. Half the machines don’t properly work which injure people and a lot of their dumbbells are missing. I’m guessing people stole them but they have yet to try to replace them. Looks like a 1 time investment.

Adrian was great, Communicated very well very patient and friendly. Luxury apartments are absolutely beautiful spacious and clean. I delt with many properties trying to get in and all were not very willing to work with me husband. I recommend these apts to all! BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL!👍❤

My leasing plan supposed to end at May. But we were informed that we can choose to month to month rent. So we decided to rent a additional month. And after I double checked with representatives about the procedures of how to move out. They all told me I can just turn in my keys and make basic clean. I also sent emails to ask what I need to before I moved out. None of them replied. And now, I received a bill for the 30 days notice that I didn’t submit. Cost me over 2000$. Even my deposit can’t cover it. If any of your representatives can be a little responsible to tell me about the notice, I would not need to pay this charges. I had a good experience living in this neighborhood, it only left me nothing but bad impressions.

This complex is nice and in the nicer area of Riverside. Price: The same price for a comparable apartment in higher end cities would be outrageous, you definitely could get a good deal here. They also have 2 different options like a non-renovated (less expensive) unit vs. a renovated unit which is very contemporary. Personnel: The office staff is super friendly and down to earth. They definitely seem like they truly care. I work in customer service, and you can't please everyone but you can tell that they try. The maintenance team is literally always working and always seem busy which is a good sign. They too, are very friendly and helpful. Property: It is clean and well-kept. Although some pet owners are lazy and don't clean up after their pet. The community even has baggy stations with free bags, but some don't use it because they are literally that lazy. The landscaping could use some improvement. The amenities are beautiful but it seems like the residents don't do their part in taking care of the pool areas. *You can't trash the place and think that maintenance is going to go right behind you and clean up after you.* But overall, standard apartment living. Overall, pleasant community, great staff. Would recommend this community to anyone.
