Best experience ever. The management is wonderful and amenities are great. People here go extra mile to help residents. The rooms are clean and the entire place is well managed. Unfortunately my stay here may be short since i may not get lease extension, however i can whole heartedly recommend Alight Apartments to anyone. Rana Khan

I just renewed my lease! Location is convenient, especially if you attend UCR. It is also a quick drive or ride to downtown, walmart, target and walking distance from good local food. The study, hangout lounge and gym are 24/7 which is ideal. The gym has everything you want, although it does get busy sometimes. It is easy to work around the peak times though. The pool and jacuzzi are ideal with a couple of BBQ/s to grill. All of the staff are pretty friendly and extremely helpful. Mellissa, has been extremely helpful in the past and Alec, and Elliot also seem to go out of their way to help whenever needed. Of course the place isn't perfect, but I think it is perfect for my situation and what im willing to pay. I am in the 4BD 4BA and I haven't had any issues with the un it. I actually think the common areas and specious (for an apartment).

This place is HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY. They’re liars and scammers, and will say and do anything to get your money. Literally all of the reviews are in agreement that this place is absolute trash. Their attempts of responding to negative reviews to look like a decent and honest company is pathetic because nothing ever gets resolved. Imagine how strongly you have to feel about a company to take time out of your day to write a review about them, and decide if you wanna be next in line writing an honest review about your miserable experience here. Please go somewhere else. It really really isn’t worth it.

Someone broke into my apartment before, I was sleeping at that time. When I woke up the next day, my roommate told me that someone broke in at night, so I immediately went to see what I lost. Finally, I found that I lost a lot of things, including shoes worth about $300, knives and scissors. Fortunately, I locked my door that night, otherwise, the consequences would be unimaginable. So everyone should be careful when choosing this apartment.

I will be staying overnight with a family member and does have a key, would I just need to send an email?
You need the key card the scanner is on the right side of the door
To my understanding, no. Unless you need guarantor to pay your rent. They need to be there
For a large room the rent is 760.
