I watched the shop for about 40 minutes. They were super busy. Most of the techs layed on tires and talked and played on their phones while vehicles were sitting on lifts unattended the entire time I was there. In the end they could not fix my problem. When I got home I had an idea. It worked and my issue was solved in about 7 minutes. I am not a professional and I have tools most households have, not professional grade tools. That's pretty pathetic. I won't do business with these lazy unknowledgeable mechanics. There are way better options.

They’re really nice people but I got an oil change a few months ago and about a week and half after my car started having issues. It would slow itself down and the RPM would rise when accelerating. I took it back by and was told that it needed spark plugs. I paid to have that replaced but that didn’t solve the issue so they refunded me the money. After that, the car got worse day by day and is now undrivable and I was told that the transmission needs to be replaced which was never an issue I’ve had. There was a worker that called me personally and stated that there have been people that came in for an oil change whose car broke down shortly after.

Hello sir. No sir we do not. Their are two places we use. Brandon radiator service and the other one is Aluminum wheel repair service. On folley street in Jackson right off high street by the old cowboy Maloney store. Both do great work.
