The Westin in Jackson, MS is the best hotel in which we have stayed in a very long time. The staff in every area are all kind and so helpful!! They truly made us feel at home, catering to our every need with a smile. The massage therapists were excellent!! The pedicures we received were excellent!! The valet staff were very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant staff were very attentive and timely and the food was 5 star!! We recommend this hotel to everyone!! This hotel should be a model of how hotels should be run!! THEY ARE EXCELLENT!!!!

Three night stay was one of the best I've experienced. Every encounter with staff was pleasant and everyone was professional and accommodating. The restaurant was fabulous. Yvonne was our server multiple times, and she was wonderful. The front desk, housekeeping, and parking valets were kind and helpful Room was clean and comfortable.

Dangerous location of not inside the hotel area. Rooms were beautiful, shower amenities were more than wonderful products. Very clean with the exception of some minor dust on the lamps. The female staff at night were very arrogant and caddy with me but the morning crew were great in every way! For the price though I was shocked there wasnt a jacuzzi. Loved the art and ambiance.

Nice updated and clean hotel. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast wasn't available because we didn't have reservations and it was a holiday. I feel they should be able to accommodate hotel visitors. Otherwise a great stop on our road trip.
