This was a sketchy area of town and didnt look like the pictures online. When walking into the doors with it having a gate that locked to enter the front desk was a little scary. Front desk person was pretty rude just sitting around the lobby. But what upset me even more was after driving a while and walking into our room there was no toilet paper so my while family was waiting while I had to go back down to the lobby to get some. The bath room was very dirty with bugs and mood.

Taylor Stair

Located in a sketchy area of town as seen by the giant iron fence surrounding the parking lot. Greeted by a front desk person who was quite rude as the automatic door was not working so we rang the doorbell and was yelled at that it is open. Our suite had no fridge and where it was supposed to be was literally disgusting. The shower door was falling off the hinges and we had to fix that ourselves. Closet door was missing. Floors were sticky- I mean the bottom of my feet were literally sticky after walking in the apartment. Our sheets had crumbs in them and an empty bottle of alcohol. It literally looked as if they just made the bed without replacing the sheets. I usually have great experiences with Hilton hotels but this one is one is something else.

Stayed a few hours on a trip with a baseball team. Had all intentions of staying the night however, within the first 2 hours we had a man pleasuring himself in the hallway window while our kids were swimming below, two guys walking through parking lot with baseball bats and one of our vehicles was broken into. The gate says parking lot is monitored, tonight the only people monitoring the parking lot were 3 dads from our baseball team. When the officers pulled up to make report on the truck their first words were well y’all didn’t pick a great part of town to stay. While the rooms were nice and the people work were nice we were not comfortable being there with our kids.

A great friendly staff. Came in town earlier than check in time...check in time is 3 p.m. Front Desk Manager was able to allow us to enter our room earlier than expected. After a 12 hour drive it was most appreciated
