I am going into my 5th year living at the Conrad and I really do love it there! The staff is so friendly! They are great about fixing any maintenance issues that may arise. It truly feels like home. My only complaint is the rise in rent every year.

I edited this review and altered my feedback from 2 to 4 stars. The amenities and location are great. The staff are wonderful and friendly. I experienced difficulties with maintenance and account management in my first 2 months of residency, but Katie and Kylie were helpful in resolving these issues.

I currently live at The Conrad with my husband and our pets. We absolutely love it here and feel that our pets are welcome and are part of the family! The amenities are fabulous and the staff are very friendly and willing to help in any situation. The courtyard has so many things to offer and is a great place to relax. The apartments are spacious and the floor plans are laid out in a way that allows for maximum usage of space; which means that you get the best sq ft per dollar in my opinion. This place is upscale and I would highly recommend!
