Property is well kept but not all apartments have storm doors. Makes the appearance of some apartments look ghetto but overall most apartments are roomy inside.

I loved the old management I'd rate them a 5, but the new management never want's to fix anything, people never pick up after their dogs and trash everywhere, and pool is never opened.

Beautiful outside grounds (except trash doesn't always get into the dumpster ) and unique inside. Relatively large. 1 bdrm around $665. All electric. Rather expensive... Mixed cultures for tenants. ( politically correct? ) Maintenance is usually quite good... Have some pretty strict rules regarding what's allowed... Alot of tenants aren't fond of the feral cats . Guess they don't realize that's one main reason we don't have any mice... Important to keep to yourself. Gossip- busybodies... All ages- married- single but this is my 3rd year so it must be pretty cool. Don't get me wrong. Maybe the luck of the draw. Most of my neighbors are pretty cool and look out for each other.

Very judgemental ppl they will lie on u tell ppl bad things abt u things tht's not true say things that u never n ur live did nor do watch ur every moves u would not b comfortable around ur neighbors the office is very nice respectful treat everyone equal its jar the negative of ur neighbors tht will make u not feel comfortable in ur own home other then that the place is very nice inside and out I just dnt understand why the ppl r so against and so busy worrying abt what and how the next person r living especially when they dnt even no u nor never even saw spoken or asked them 4 anything if a person is not strong minded and allows wht ppl say abt them it definitely will destroy u and it u hve low self-esteem this is not a place 2 live u hve 2 b able 2 disregard wht ppl say or how they feel or the bad things they say b cause this place will break u down b cause of the mislead stories they will say SMDH these ppl doesn't hve a life if its not yours lol

They do take section 8 but the apartments that's two minutes away aspin grove they go by income
It is a Section 42 Property. All Section 42 units are income restricted for households at or below 30%, 40%, 50%, or 60% of area median income. If the applying household is determined to be income eligible, then it is eligible to move into the property. The household must also meet the program's student status eligibility requirements.
