Not at all happy with this place. Put in a request for an emotional support animal. Provided my doctor's letter and had to jump thru hoops to get more documents signed by my doctor and was told it was denied. Asked how I can dispute that letting them know I would even provide my medical records showing I've suffered from depression most of my life and was told that I can't dispute it and they are going to charge me $700 in pet fees plus make me pay an additional $50 a month for pet rent. They also took a week and a half to come out to fix my AC that was not working. They did put a portable AC unit in one bedroom but when it's 90+ degrees outside, that little unit did nothing to cool off the apartment. Also asked about renting a garage and was told $50 a month for a garage when I first moved in but was told $65 for a garage when I asked about it again a couple months later. Asked about renting one of the storage closets they have in each building. I would assume it would come WITH the apartment but it doesn't. So I asked if I could rent one and it took 4 days to get a response and was told she could get me one in a couple of weeks. Why would it take so long to rent a freaking closet in the hall right across from my apartment?! This place is beyond frustrating!

This lady has no people skills i have never been interrupted so many times in my life. I would never do business with her. I hope they get someone with some customer service skills its not hard to do u gust use your manners

Angie is the BEST manager I have ever experienced!! She is so easy to talk to and so helpful!!! I’ve always have very prompt response (even during Covid) for maintenance request and work orders. They are older apartments but they are great!!! It’s a very quiet community, no issues with car break ins, apartment break ins, violence or that sort of thing. We love the playground, short walk to the lake and the well kept landscape on the property!! Been here 2 years and love it!!! Thanks for all you do Angie!!! Your a gem ❤️❤️

Sounds like beating a dead horse, but Megan is really one of the best people I've dealt with in the apt industry. Maintenance staff is also a bunch of good guys that took care of my water heater issue pretty quick! (Mostly) Quiet location with good neighbors. No stolen packages, mail issues, noise complaints (except some jerk who likes to honk for some tenant's attention... At 11:30PM...). Appliances were reasonable, huge bedroom (1bed/1ba)
