The laundry room here is mostly just a storage area for broken washers and dryers, especially dryers. With only one "functional," the lucky one to claim it first merely needs to run a modest load of laundry through two cycles to get it dry. The others are crudely labeled in sharpy with the corresponding malfunction. If you offer apartments without these appliances AND a laundry room, is it so much to want communication with regards to this flaw being corrected??

It's been over 9 years since my husband and I lived in these apartments but I still remember how terrible living there was. I still read the reviews from time to time for a good laugh. I feel so bad for the current residents. If you're reading this review and you're considering living here-RUN! DO NOT LIVE HERE! Look some where else! PLEASE

Definitely one of the worst apartments I have lived at. Took them about 4 months to fix the broken washer. The drains were clogged for about nine months, taking about 45 minutes to drain or we would have to use a plunger. There is mold growing in the guest closet as well as the vents. Garage has been robbed and there are many car break ins. Even had someone yelling outside my apartment to go back to the hood. Do NOT move into these apartments you have better luck somewhere else.
