Clean, fairly quiet and modern amenities. Lack of parking is my biggest complaint, but that comes with the location/layout of the building. They do have minimal spaces for rent in their heated garage which was a huge plus for me, but is an extra cost to the already higher-end rental prices. Management was typically quick to respond and correct anything minor brought to their attention, but in the year I lived there nothing major or emergent ever came up. It could be a little difficult to get in touch with management since they were not always present in the building during business hours, but typically emails were addressed within a few days.

Moved in on September 1st :) Love my new studio apartment! Brent made the decision an easy one with a great location. Amazing floor plan and everything you could want in a Midtown Omaha apartment. John has been amazing as well. What a great team! I recommend Dundee Flats for anyone looking for an a amazing place to call home.

Management is awesome and the apartment complex is very nice. Brent has been super helpful whenever i have questions. Definitely a great spot to live especially if youre coming from out of town.

The construction of this building seems to be taking an Eternity and has demonstrated Total Disregard for the People that live in the Neighborhood or drve on 49th st. Vehicles involved in the construction block lanes of traffic often right at the corner of 49th and Dodge placing drivers at risk of having to drive into potentially oncoming traffic. I have never sen Any effort to Help drivers negotiate this potential Hazard. Clearly being a Good Neighbor is Not on their Agenda.
