They won't do anything about people stealing your clothes out of the washing room or people throwing trash around the courtyard or noise complaints all so I been asking them since September of 2020 to fix my AC

I love my apartment here, and my neighbors. The current Property Manager is not the same as the one mentioned in previous comments, he is super nice!! The apartments are small, but other than that, it was great living here!!

Apartments aren't too bad, but a few shady people who harass other tenants is unacceptable.

The manager is prejudice. He has his favorite's. Treat's some better than other's. Doesn't do anything about car's that aren't currently running or have old tag's. There's for instant a vehicle that is parked in the space for renter's that are interested living here that has a flat tire and no plate's it's been there since before Christmas and nothing has been done!!!!!

I have been asking the management to fix my AC unit since September of 2020 it is now 2021 I have had no heat all winter and now I have no ac They came in to fix the shower head and we now have a hole in the wall and now it smells like mildew

You may have to put in a complaint with the city or the county. My mother lives there and has had similar issues with the a/c and things needing to be fixed. Take pictures and document everything including requests to have the items fixed.
