UGH, so terrible! The product sprang a leak and Rinsekit would not replace it because I bought it on amazon? I even showed them proof of purchase, and it was withing their warranty. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

THIRD REVIEW: Received another replacement, but the hose won't stay on. Doesn't work. SECOND REVIEW: Even worse than the first. This is an addition to my first review. I received a replacement that should have arrived new to replace the first used product I received. The second shipment arrived in even worse condition! Images have been attached. This time, the product came with mud stuck to the bottom with pieces of the plastic chipping off. Why is this company selling used products and claiming they're new? Then to send me a replacement that's even more used than the first? Pretty questionable. Poor quality control? Unethical? FIRST REVIEW Paid for a new RinseKit Pro, but was sent a used item. There were scuffs on the item, but more importantly there was still water inside. E-coli, Cryptosporidium, Giardia, etc... ??? This is a health hazard considering this item is marketed for washing hands and bathing. Additionally, the box appeared to have been sealed a single time giving the impression it had never been opened. Perhaps unethical business tactics for reselling used items and boxing them like new? Even as a refurbished item, why would there still be water in the product? Negligence?

I ordered 3 RinseKits last year to gift myself, my dad and brother. I'm deeply impressed by their customer service and warranty program. All 3 units leaked around the drain plug threads, but RinseKit was quick to replace each one for only the cost of shipping. They even upgraded the units with Pressure Booster pumps to extend the spray time and range when far from a faucet. I can't think of another company with such integrity. I'm grateful for the help so the whole family can clean up after their dirtiest days.

This little pressure washer is great post surf. During these cold months I can have a warm shower to thaw out my frozen toes and wash off the salty residue. The RinseKit Plus keeps the shower water warm for hours. Easy to use and the hand pump works well, just make sure that you rinse and lightly oil the plunger to protect the metal. The team at RinseKit has stood behind their products too and I thank them for the professionalism and quick response.

Questions & Answers

How much does the RinseKit weigh when it is full?

M. Marie | Sep 3, 2021
RinseKit | Sep 3, 2021

The RinseKit Plus is approximately 24lbs when full and 9lbs when empty. The RinseKit Pod is approximately 19lbs when full and 7lbs when empty.

What is the optimum water pressure for the RinseKit?

M. Marie | Sep 3, 2021
RinseKit | Sep 3, 2021

We recommend filling your RinseKit with 65 PSI for optimum use. Do not fill your RinseKit with water pressure higher than 75 PSI, as the tank is not meant to withstand such high pressures. The standard water pressure for most homes is 65 PSI. If you are unsure of your home's water pressure, you can either call your water provider and ask for a reading, or you can purchase your own pressure gauge at a local hardware store and test it yourself. If your homes water pressure exceeds 75 PSI, you can purchase a pressure regulator, so your tank does not fill with more than 60 PSI. A pressure regulator can be found in any hardware store.

How do you fill the RinseKit?

M. Marie | Sep 3, 2021
RinseKit | Sep 3, 2021

There are three ways to fill your RinseKit: 1. Using a Hose Bib. 2. Using your sink and our Hot Water Sink Adapter accessory. 3. Remotely using still water and our Pressure Booster Pump accessory. What is the difference between the RinseKit Plus and Pod models?

M. Marie | Sep 3, 2021
RinseKit | Sep 3, 2021

The RinseKit Plus holds approximately 2 gallons of water while the RinseKit Pod holds approximately 1.5 gallons of water. The Pressure Booster Pump is included and installed in each RinseKit Plus unit. Also, the Plus allows you to use both the heater and pump accessories at the same time, while the Pod only allows you to use one accessory at a time. The RinseKit Plus comes with a durable outer case that is sturdy enough to withstand the weight of a person or piece of gear as it's being cleaned. It also has internal storage space for personal items, a removeable lid for standing while you shower, and tie downs so you can keep it secure in your car. The Pod has a more sleek, lightweight compact design for increased portability, and it makes it easier to fit into small spaces or vehicles.
