My sister just moved in here and she really likes it. The apartments appear well kept and in good shape. Great location for shopping, food, and other various activities.

Do not move here. The do not care for their grounds. There is dog waste on every part of their lawns. They do not enforce any sort of pet waste disposal despite having bag stations in several spots. Further, they do "quarterly inspections" of your apartment. Thats 4 times per year they walk through your private space, they look in all the rooms, the shower, and the closets. Sorry for the crumpled up notice, I did that in frustration. Invading my privacy really makes me feel like an inmate in my own apartment.

Writing this based solely off of how issues are handled by the staff. I ran into a problem regarding fees (which hasn’t been solved and clearly won’t be solved) and have spoken to a couple different people at this point. Laura (the regional manager) is clearly in the wrong line of work considering how she speaks to frustrated tenants. Explained my problem and what I wanted clarification on and right off the bat she had an attitude about the situation. Does not bother trying to deescalate, but instead keeps pushing the “well that’s the policy”. I understand having policies, but I also know they can be adjusted on a case by case basis. They refuse to work with the people who are keeping them in business (especially in these times). I understand fees are a given, but the amounts this company charges are ridiculous. Save your time, this isn’t even the only issue I’ve had and I know other people who live here who also have had problems with the staff.

We had a few issues when we moved in, but all issues have been resolved! Royalwood is an incredible community we call home.
