my husband had an appointment to look at an apartment today at 215. no one was there to show him anything. he did get to talk to a few people who advised him not to rent from these people. they couldn't even have been bothered to call him or anything. no one reached out until I messaged their Facebook.

The office staff has always taken the time to help answer any questions or concerns I have. The property is always very well maintained. If there is an issue in the apartment the staff is very helpful on getting it fixed in a timely manner.

I just recently renewed my lease with them for the third year. I really like the new management and front office workers. They are awesome and really helpful. Especially Savannah, she helped make sure my lease didn’t lapse. I travel for work and that helps me a lot!! The maintenance workers that have recently come on have a really great attitude and really do their best to ensure work orders completed in a timely manner too.

I moved into Park West about 5 months ago and chose it because of the low price and apartment layout. However, it's been nothing but issues since then: 1) Right off the bat, they were not prepared for me to move in when I did. My lease said I'd have access to the apartment starting at noon on move-in day, but they had misplaced the keys to my apartment. We waited several hours (in 90 degree heat) for them to open up my unit. 2) It took them over 3 weeks to get me my mail key. I had to keep pestering them and they kept giving me the run around. 3) The apartment itself is SHABBY: stained carpets, holes in the walls, torn flooring, etc. 4) I signed a form certifying that this was a non-smoking property, but this is not enforced. People SMOKE INSIDE the building, stinking up the hallways and neighboring units. Management appears incapable of doing anything about it. 5) Maintenance doesn't care about their job. I noticed MOUSE droppings in the kitchen drawers and put in a pest control request. Maintenance immediately marked it as "completed" without ever even coming to inspect. 6) The property DOESN'T FEEL SAFE. Often late at night there's shouting and what sounds like firecrackers going off. 7) There's never enough parking. If you arrive home late, you'll probably have to park in the neighboring store lot and walk. 8) There's always TRASH in the parking lot and hallways. 9) Packages have been stolen from inside the building (outside my unit door). 10) The hallway lights are dim and do not make it feel safe. The list goes on-and-on. Take it from someone who's lived here for nearly 5 months, spend a little extra and find a community that you'll actually enjoy coming home to.
