Very poorly taken care of. Maintenance never responds to work orders, we’d say we have at least 10+ work orders in and absolutely no response to them at all. Apartment was not clean prior to move in at all. I’ve stayed in motel 6’s before that are better taken care of than this building. Kitchen is weird with no garbage disposable and non functional dishwashers. It is nice that at the sister complex that their is a pool. Just would be nice if it was ever open or even a notice of when it’s going to be closed. If you are looking for a cheap place to live and don’t care about nothing working then this is your place to live. Would not recommend

Upon move in..... The bathroom wall had a hole in it. The patio door doesn't lock. (1st floor) All the windows were terribly dirty. The vent in baby room and in the living room doesn't blow air. The blinds in the kitchen weren't put up …Anna, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Building is old, units need repairs, and hallways stink. Experienced a series of serious maintenance problems while living here. Management is not cooperative, and cares more about themselves then tenant satisfaction. Worst renting experience I have ever had.

I've only been here 4 months and I've had HORRIBLE experience, the management doesnt answer your calls, none of my keys worked for the longest time to get into the building, I called maintenance because the exterminators locked me out of my apartment because again my key doesnt work for my front door either I waited for 3 hours with my 2 kids to be let in!!! Someone from their team entered my apartment WITHOUT a notice, also I have MOLD growing inside my dishwasher and have heard nothing from the management and its been 2 weeks!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Oh and the 2nd day of living here my bathroom flooded from people above me I called at 6 or so they didnt show up until MIDNIGHT!!! This place is a joke!!!
