I moved out, this place has flooded six different times, the management is rude, and the rent is too high for having these issues.lived here for 4 yrs.

I went to go view an apartment and the lady helping me was super kind and told my boyfriend and I to take as long as we wanted. We were in there for 15 minutes and as we were just leaving a different woman working there barged in and yelled at us for taking long. A couple remarks she said were; “This isn’t a hotel room” “You don’t take an hour to view a room” Mind you that we weren’t in there for that long, and she was using a loud and aggressive voice that was very unprofessional. We loved the apartment and were thinking of getting it until this rude encounter. I would like to speak to higher management about this and I will not be recommending Cambridge apartments to anyone. Amazing help from the first lady, but absolutely disrespectful service from other older woman.

If you want maintenance work done good luck with that. It has been almost a month since my initial call and I still have a broken dishwasher. I have called several times and I keep being fed lie after lie that it's going to be fixed. I have lived in apartments for over 20 years and by far this is the worst place when it comes to taking care of issues!

So far so good. I have only been at Cambridge for about 3 months. The apartment is a little larger then the 1 bedroom I had down at SW Gables. I lived at SW Gables for 8 years and moved due to the excessively high rent. Cambridge was not near the adjustment that I had feared. I was concerned about having to share 1 washer and 1 dryer with 5 other apartments, but so far that has not been an issue. I would like to see new carpet in the building hall ways because first impression is these apartments are trashy. There are no secured entrances and that is a huge concern. I already had a small package stolen within 2 hours of Delivery. Inside the apartment is comfortable, roomy, and my carpet is good. I like the kitchen pantry a lot, but wish that there were hardware on the kitchen cabinets because constant handling of white painted cuboard doors is an upkeep. The new deck is great and my neighbors keep to themselves. Will see how the remainder of the year goes.
