They have the worst parking and will tow your vehicle without notice. I'm still waiting on a screen door to be fixed, since I wrote this review. Unable to keep a maintenance man, unable to keep office workers. We had water leaking from the bathroom upstairs into the living room. Maintenance came and cut a hole in both the ceiling of the living room and wall upstairs. They sent a plumber a week later to fix the leak. Nothing was taken off of the rent or anything. The drywall on the wall and ceiling were never replaced. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Avoid this place at all costs. Most all these units have the same issue I've heard from a friend and the neighbors. My screen door is still not fixed after telling management, I've got a backed up drain downstairs. So they'll put a band-aid on it to address the problems.

My daughter Alyssa moved in last week and you towed her car last night. It will cost her $200 to get it out and you gave no 24hr notice to move and the only sign up says non residents will be towed. I will contact my attorney and get my money back from Lund. If not, she will break lease this is BS! DO NOT MOVE HERE, LUND IS THE WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!!!! Oh and her unit was not ready on move in date so she had to wait 4 additional days to move in and it is still not adequate. Worst property mgmt ever!

Lived here for four months or so. Our unit was not ready on the move on date that we agreed on. When it finally was ready, we had water leaking from the bathroom upstairs into the living room. Maintenance came and cut a hole in both the ceiling of the living room and wall upstairs. They sent a plumber a week later to fix the leak so we were unable to shower at our place. Nothing was taken off of the rent or anything. They offered to let us take showers in a random empty unit so I guess that was their way of "accommodating" the problem. The drywall on the wall and ceiling were never replaced. We have two small children so the fact that the water pipes from the bathtub werre exposed due to lack of drywall was not the safest. There was a clear lack of office staff. No one was ever there so the phone never got answered nor could we go into the office to speak to anybody. On the rare occasion that we did get ahold of an office person, no one seemed to know what was going on. The pool was never opened for the summer. We ended up just moving out of this place due to the complete lack of regard they have for their residents. I would have simply broke the lease but once again there is no staff there ever. It took them almost three weeks to realize that we moved out and contact us as to what was going on. When I explained to the guy on the phone what had happened he apologized and said he understood and would not put it through as an eviction. Well, they ended up putting it through as an eviction. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Avoid this place at all costs.

The air conditioner does not cool the bedrooms on the upper level and the property manager will not do anything about it. It has gotten up to 90 degrees. Maintenance comes in a quick manner so that is a positive. But the hot bedrooms is a huge issues, especially with young kids. We are very disappointed with this company. If you decide to rent here make sure the air functions properly. Update 2/19/19: We informed the office multiple times that we would be vacating the property by February 2019, come January we again spoke to the office and was advised to send an email to the Lund Company to inform them we would be moving. We moved the end of January and on February 6, 2019, I receive an email asking if we would like to sign a new lease as our lease had expired. I replied and informed them to remove me from their list as we did not live there anymore. It appears that at that time they then updated their system to reflect we were no longer living there and now are trying to charge us over $100 for water/sewer reimbursement (it never was that high while living there), a partial month or rent, and a late fee, nearly $500 worth of outrageous charges that would not apply if they had done their job properly. This place has been through several property managers in the past year and during the past couple months you would be lucky if you caught someone in the office. Save yourself the stress of dealing with this place and cross it off your list. I would not advise anyone to move in and deal with this poorly managed property.
