I made it all the way down to the water in a stock jeep compass latitude. Couple trait rough spots to get by especially not lifted. Only thing I have is AT nitto Terra grapplers.i was also able to get through wolf den trail same desk just a couple spots were tough. Mainly clearance

Its free to camp at deep water trail if u dont have 4x4 ur not making it all the way to the bottom where the lake is
No, it's a dirt road with sites on both sides of road, primitive free camping.
