Two things going to end up happening and I’m not paying. The apartment will catch on fire because the dryer will not automatically cut or they will replace my clothing because it shrinks from the heat because we have to stop the dryer. Because we either forget to turn it off. Why we have to turn it off when it suppose to stop on its own? You got me! The dish washer stay getting clogged I can’t even put it on heavy washing because the water won’t drain. The refrigerator don’t even make ice no more. All my appliance are old with new age rental prices. Smh They don’t want to replace the appliances but want to go up on rent. I’m confuse

The trash is suppose to go in trash compactor that the residents barely use. And the green dumpsters are for recycling. And they charge you 5$ for the upkeep of the trash whatever that means.
