Maintenance don’t do their job especially the one with the red van. If lazy was a person it would of definitely been him!! He hates to work !! Always works nasty and incomplete. Please don’t sign up for this complex.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone move here. Idk where my old review went but I don’t mind refreshing it since they had such a problem with it before. They have mice and potholes in the streets. maintenance doesn’t care and that’s how we got on bad terms cause the mice was driving me insane and maintenance did nothing to help. Front office is nice until you move in then they don’t care to help you, refused to move me to another unit and just kept referring me to maintenance. My sister applied to this place when moving back to Maryland not realizing it was the place I stayed cause it was at least a year in between time but because we have the same last name they said they couldn’t approve her application until I deleted my review on them and she signed a paper stating that I wouldn’t live there. Like i was the problem. They are also offering some kind of incentive for good reviews cause those pages and the amount of reviews they post is suspicious so it’s either a fake review or an incentive for a good review but don’t buy into the hype.
