If you're thinking of leasing and your point of contact is Mellissa Randall, look somewhere else. She lists leasing professional on her business card but what she did to me was the exact opposite. I scheduled a tour two weeks in advance and when I arrived on the day there, she told me that my tour had been cancelled. She claimed that she tried reaching out to me but I received no phone calls. I checked my email and found that she had sent several stock emails that morning 10 minutes before I was too arrive telling me my tour had been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Basically while I was driving. Those unforeseen circumstances? SCHEDULED construction. She asked if I wanted to reschedule but I had no more time. She had the entire week to tell me. Even if I had the time in my schedule I wouldn't come back. This entire encounter left such a bad taste in my mouth. If this is the standard of professionalism at the Carlyle then I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who's thinking about living here in the future.
