Current resident … Overall it’s an ok neighborhood, worst part is the nasty neighbors! The balconies are shared and some will have trash piling up for months at a time on the balcony. That’s my current situation. Dogs barking all hours of the night, So if you like quietness, this not the neighborhood for you because the neighbors are very loud as well. they let their children stomp all over the floor. No respect for quiet hours !

We moved here in October 2021. It was a very long winter along with the apartment never warming up. However the biggest complaint is the family above us. Every day since the 1st day we moved here EVERYDAY yes everyday these people and their children running back and forth and adults stomping from 6am-whenever. It doesn't matter day or night. Not even exaggerating. I understand the concept of shared walls but over the entire apartment while trying to relax, watch tv or sleep is ridiculous. Kids and inconsiderate families should be placed on the first floor. You better ask...btw I made a complaint to management to no avail. However it was nice to get a reply.

I just moved in two months ago I’m disappointed leasing office brushes off your concerns maintenance take for ever to come nothing never urgent they have no regard for your belongings because my door was left unlocked by maintenance and maintenance yet to fix things on my move in check list it’s awful services all around i will not be renewing again i don’t recommend this place to anyone !!!!!
