5 stars for maintenance 1 star for the third party contractors I have lived here for roughly one month so I may or may not update this review later on. My experience so far has been interesting but I do want to put the spotlight on Kyle who works in Maintenance. Kyle came out and repaired numerous items that should have been fixed and/or renovated before my move-in. I was a little hesitant at first about the maintenance operations however once I was introduced to Kyle through a neighbor, who worked with him previously, it changed my perspective tremendously. Kyle fixed the numerous electrical outlets (both upstairs and downstairs) that were loose and left inoperable when the contractors came to renovate the townhouse, plugged the many holes that were located behind the bigger appliances (i.e stove, washer, dryer, refrigerator) patched finishing work that was left undone by the contractors, and Kyle even made it a point to remain professional while having an upbeat and harmonious demeanor. The last point is key because when you move to a new area and you’re uncertain of what to expect the first and best impression anyone could leave is a good natured and respectful interaction. This experience is good preparation for me as I plan to purchase a house in the future and Kyle took the extra step to educate me on household fixtures, structure, and installation shortcuts. My only wish is that the pantries came loaded with shelves. I would recommend that Diamond Ridge find new third party contractors to install the flooring and carpentry. I have witnessed new carpet being cut on the street -in the parking lot and then moved / installed into homes that are being renovated by the contracting company. My stairs tell a story of no padding or thin padding underneath my steps bc I have found numerous staples/nails protruding through the (steps) carpet. I'm very pleased with the maintenance department they are very friendly and gets the job done Isaac came out to fix my dish washer while running the dishwasher I asked him to look at my light that was blinking he immediately took care of it but replacing the whole light fixture

I decided to leave a review because I seem to have exhausted all means of being attended to. I put in a maintenance request for faulty appliances (Dishwasher, microwave and oven) over THREE WEEKS AGO. And even though I have resent the requests, called the office countless times, visited the office in person and spoke with the Resident Service Coordinator, sent follow-up emails to him, the appliances have not been fixed. This is a sad and unhealthy trend for a lovely community such as this. It reflects badly on the brand and says a lot about the quality of staff. Thank you.
