I am living in Broadview for last 5+ years. It is a good apartment with nice facilities, maintenance, and safely measures including package delivery services. But there was recent change in management and the new management put some costs in monthly bills out of nowhere. It was usually ~$25 that comes every month with the management, but now it is ~$70-$90 every month. They also add extra charges in the monthly bill which no one knows what for. Although my 1BHK rent is $1,100 on the paper, I am paying $1,200 every month. Think before you sign a lease in Broadview.

One of the worst apartment experiences I’ve seen yet in Baltimore, from water and heating issues to plumbing and maintenance I’ve seen it all here. Truly a frustrating place to live for the price they charge. You can find much better in Baltimore do not rent here!! I will warn everyone I can not to fall for this scam of an apartment building.

The apartment services are not satisfactory, they don't start the central heating. Even in kitchen there were number of insects and mice, they did not treat them to remove.

yes but they say, they will start heat when temperature goes down belo zero degree centigrade but they don't even turn on the heat when temperature is negative. Every time you have to call them to turn on the heat
