I’ve been living at this property for a couple months thus far. However, this review is about noise concern. If you’re someone that values their peace like I do this may not be the place for you. The walls/floors are thin, some neighbors are inconsiderate of fellow neighbors so they talk extremely loud and blast TVs which makes the wall vibrate (soundbars should not be allowed in apartments that aren’t soundproof ) In addition, if you’re accidentally locked out of your apartment you’ll have to call a locksmith because maintenance won’t come to your aid! even though they have keys for everyones apt. In this hard economy Gwynn oak landing refuses to aid a tenant in gaining access into their unit. FYI: Morgan properties need to send a memo out to tenants encouraging them to be mindful of extreme noise levels that’ll disrupt they fellow neighbors quality of living. In Addition, maintenance don't wear shoe covering to enter your unit (nasty) maintenance is always entering unit without tenant knowing .. I've called out of work once n stood in my apartment to catch the entering without properly knocking and without wearing shoe covering .

I live here,so far pleased with it.Except for they need to take care of the laundry rooms.And fix the washers and dryers.But when July came around to renew my lease. When I received my paper bill stating one thing then when I pulled it up on my port photo my rent wasv$165.00 more per month. Now they want to charge you a monthly ammity fee of $65.00 a month trash,water went up to $61.00 per month.sewage fee ,and xfinty fee for cablehad I have known this i wouldn't have renewed my lease.They're getting over on people. And people are moving out left and right

I made a truthful review few weeks ago and Deidra called my phone to tell me its understandable why the office staff Jada is dismissive to my concerns. When I tell yall its only about your money. They rent a space out to have noise disturbance all weekend long at your expense with the paper thin walls and windows that arent sealed. The whole building will burn down if 1 catches fire.. Move here if you want too.. i bet you'll see terminex more than anyone else in your home. Expect a email a day about water off pool closed gym closed and a month for a call back. And I'll say it again the office staff is rude and full of it. December can't come quick enough. And you don't have to be talked at if you did something right. Period
