Just moved into building 2301 everything is good so far except the elevator is never working properly and only one is barley working which is unacceptable bc I have a disabled grandmother who should not be walking up and down the 6 flight of stairs

Fairly large with highrise apartments as well as townhomes
The Apartments at Wellesley House are not handicap accessible but some modifications can be made to accommodate.
