I called simply for help accessing an online application and was greeted with an extremely loud background and talked to like I was a child by the disrespectful leasing consultant. No thank you! Clearly this property has no desire to actually rent apartments when this is how they speak to prospective tenants. I can only imagine how much ruder they would be after you actually signed a lease.

This is by far the worst experience that I have ever had with an apartment complex! Henderson Webb ought to be ashamed of themselves! I have to call MAINTENANCE every few days it is the most annoying experience I have ever had in my life. I have asthma and allergies and I have not had a working conditioner since the summer has started it is literally 82° in this apartment right now and I am suffering. I can barely sleep! On top of that there is a roach infestation they called themselves exterminating and there is still a problem! My refrigerator is leaking! The bottom of the sink is leaking! This is ridiculous! I am sick of calling maintenance only for them not to fix the issue and they have a nerve to be irritated! I'm paying rent for an apartment that I can't even be comfortable in! This has been a nightmare and I can't wait until this lease is over! You get what you pay for! RUN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
