If u have tried recovery and it has never worked there is hope. This place is amazing. The entire staff is always willing to do what it takes to help. When I went here the first time I'd lost all hope. My counselor(s) took my issues personally and went the extra to ensure i not only survived, but succeeded. In the end I'm a much more than I could have ever imagined in every aspect of my life. Thank You for saving me!!!! God Bless;)

Whenever Kenna Heights was at CMS, was the only counselor in the 7 yrs I've gone there, that actually knew what a counselor is supposed to be,after 30 yrs have never been treated so disregarded
Thanks! Your review is awaiting moderation.
Recommended is after 8pm cuz morning hours r 430-1230, evening dosing 1 to 8pm. The rest of their hours they r trying to do just intakes but they cont intakes all thruough the dosing hours as well. So just call they r amazing!
Yes they do
No it is included in your maintenance program,so all you have to do is go in and see them, but they only assign you a counselor. There's no meetings or group sessions
Its true that there are 3 Windows. Sometimes all 3 are open, but not usually. Only when its super busy there, and if there are enough staff to do it. One window will take the people who take suboxen, and they take much longer. I think they must be given the strip so they have to stay til staff can document its gone (Im assuming, dont quote me on that). I think they do a few of those folks and get them done...so if only 2 windows are open it will be more like 1 for awhile. It usually dont take too long though...even a few times when the place was packed the longest I waited was like 20 mins. I know if your dopesick it feels like forever but in the end its worth it once u get it!
Long af but worth it if you really want to get clean. Prepare for like 6 hrs being there the first time. Every time after that is super quick.
the back building that does intakes is open 24hours a day 7 days a week.
As long as you have everthing needed to complete the intake.
It depends on if your still in your first 30 days or not. If you are, then Sundays are open for you during your time block. If you are outside 30 days then you will have to wait until Monday to dose again because that building is only open from 5am until 6pm Monday through Friday and 5am to 2pm sharp Saturday. They will not let you dose if your late on Saturday.
Yes usually after you are done with the second person/nurse.
Yes they do and methadone you get to choose and their open 24/7 for intakes and they take walk ins best clinic ever staff is chill its in and out now great place
its not an immediate fix. you have to work your way up to a dose that will work for you so that you feel normal. that may take a few months but until then you'll want to keep doing what your doing. the intake process is a few hours or more but most likely a few hours. you have to go every day except Sundays until you can get privileges but ask about that. you will start off small but if you keep going it can and absolutely will change your life. and give you a life.
@I Can Only Imagine H Wow, could you possibly use commas, periods, sentences, or paragraphs? I read your reply in my head and somehow I still managed to run out of breath reading your reply. Learn to write using the English language!
Do criminal defense attorneys really stoop to posting on Google reviews to ask confidential questions publicly about clients that should considered... Well, confidential?
If you don't have insurance you will be a cash patient and they will give you a small discount but I recommend that you get access insurance cause then you won't have to worry about it....
Talk to Amanda and she'll get you set up with the director
I have had seven dirty UA in a row and they have not kicked me out they drug test you once a month and they test for marijuana and all the other drugs that they're out there if you have a medical marijuana card you're O.K....R!cHard
The later hours are supposedly for some type of different dosing though! Intakes are 24 hours! :)
This is not an urgent care Clinic, and why would you need medical attention for a faucet? LOL
Ask your counselor to see if you can get transferred to the clinic that is closest to you, and explain to him/her what you want them to do for you
Dosing schedule for 2mrw is 5am ~2pm
Morning people dose from 4:30am to 11:30am and afternoon people dose from 1:00pm to 8:00pm. At this time intakes are 24 hours.
No they wont let you dose next door. They may let you come back at 4am the next day. I believe they are open on sundays maybe but of not you can go to an urgent care on Thunderbird and if u have a take home bottle from last weekend show them your dose. They may have to call cms to verify that u weren't dosed but the 24hr clinic may be able to access your records to confirm to the urgent care that u weren't dosed. But no they will not let u dose next door. I've tried that when I missed a day. And if u have to wait to dose tomoro u will be fine promise methadone has a long half life. Like it will last u up to 36 hours even though we're dosed every 24 hrs.
Yes,they do!
yes....for a while u go daily then after clean UAs they give u take homes they. build up to monthly
Totally depends. I did it at eleven pm and it didn't take too long. About four hours. However, there have been a lot of new clients doing intakes recently. Best bet is to call ahead of time and ask how many people they have going through the intake process at that time. Any more than four or five you're going to be there a while. I would also ask them when shift change is and try to be there when the new shift comes on. Employees from the previous shift will be rushing to get their intakes done. just a theory but it seems to have worked for the other people I've given that advice to. Also it would make sense to avoid doing an intake right before the holidays. Everybody's trying to get clean then. Good luck!
You have to stay on top of meeting with your counselor and scheduling/attending all your provider appointments as well. If all goes perfect and you stay on track, it should take you about 6 months I believe. Be sure to ask your counselor about privileges each time you meet with him or her.
not everyone goes everyday. with time and consistent clean UA'S you become eligible for take home privileges. nobody goes on Sundays they give u a Sunday take home on Saturdays from day 1. then u earn Saturdays then weekends plus 1 then mon wed Fri then weekly's ECT. up to monthlys.
every day until you get privileges.
Depends, if you are a client under 30 days, you will dose at the northern and 23rd location until 2.... If you are over 30 days, you will receive a take home dose on Saturday. I have been there for about a year now and im not sure of their hours on Sunday because I started treatment there before the new hours took effect. Their location on 23rd and northern is open 24/7 for people who are interested in getting treatment.
How did that wok out for you? Was the transission as easy as u made it seem?
Yes...call them. They are very friendly people and are there to help you. I wish you the best of luck.
yes ABSOLUTELY
its the same clinic one in back is for intakes the one in front is for regular dosing.
You can call to set an appointment, but they may just tell you to show up. 24 hour intakes at the building behind this address. I believe self pay is 60 a week. May be different now,but it was 60. Also, I believe they received a grant to cover costs while u apply for acchs...if this is something you are eligible for.
See if there is a local clinic close to you, if you are willing to do the drive.
Every person is different, it depends on how high your tolerance is and what kind of opioids you where using, heroin, perks, ETC but if you're on a good amount daily and you have a pretty high tolerance they started me off at 24 mlgs daily. 8mg strip in the morning, 8mg at noon, 8mg at p.m.
Yeah. You could use right before you walk in. But only if what you were wanting right away is methadone. If you want suboxone, you can still use right before you walk in but they will also monitor you and make you wait the required amount of time needed in withdrawal before giving you the suboxone. Essentially, that's about how it works. The point is that they want to help you with your goal to get clean, even if you need to use right before tackling that goal. You got this, good luck to you. You can do it!
Yes, (the intake you did in Denver may or may not cover all CMS's required protocol). This place crosses their t's & dots their i's behind the scenes to get you well)
You have to wait for your time I missed the last few days and I have to wait until 2pm to go in. It sucks I know but its our fault for missing not theirs ya know. Hope this helps
Just don't let it bother u They Have to deal with a lot of f****** up peeps u know I know it's no excuse but don't let it bother you it's probably not you
2pm on Saturday and 8 PM Monday thru Friday...R!cHard M.Mckiernan 👌
Get to an MVD and get a paper one for $4 easiest thing you can do
Just show up anytime and all to see a counselor... they are very helpful.. they have a grant to start you off for the first month for free...
So the can do buprenorphine? I've been on for 3 1/2 year moved to AZ 1 1/2 months ago and waiting to get Medicaid and have ran out of meds and starting to withdraw and don't want to been clean for a long time and really don't want to backslide.
Yes you can go at anytime they don't want people going through withdrawals
Yes, it's like starting all over, at least it was for me. They had all my records from before though.
Yes
Please call the clinic directly to verify insurance eligibility. You can call 602-866-9378.
Depends on when you go. I used to be in line at 4:15am before they opened at 4:30. Of course there was a wait. Now i go at 5:10-5:25 and i am in and out. Most of the time when i walk in & give my clinic #, im in the cue and being called to a window before i can even sit down. Just have to keep trying different times until you find that time that is good for you with no wait. Also, ask the nurses that dose you, they will tell you that clinic's slow times...
This makes no sense, I'm sorry, what?
You can actually dose until 2pm on saturdays.
Yes all access is accepted. They want and will help you.
Yes after intake you will get to dose.
But you DO dose after you do that initial 4+hrs. Plan to be there all day though... Yeah it's rough but I promise you it's so worth it. You are worth it! 😋
Yes state and federal funds are both realities, today, more than ever. Bring up your desire and/ needs to the appropriate client staff. AND/LBT
Yes,they can. I am assuming that you are referring to takehome privileges based on time at your Michigan clinic and clean U.A's,but u must do transfer paperwork from Michigan clinic
Yes, they take transfers and as long as your clinic submits the proper paperwork, your privaleges should be honored.
If you have take home privileges the dosing hours are from 4:30am to 11:30am other wise you dose from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm so the latest you can dose is 8:00 pm
They used to. Now it's from 1 pm to 8 pm on weekdays and 5 am to 2 pm on the weekends
Lisa Tapia is correct 3 clean UA's and you get take-home one UA per month...R!cHard
Mon-Fri morning clients have until 11:30am. Sharp. One minute late&they won't allow you to come in&dose. Sat:Morning clients can come in until 9am.
No, if u need methadone maintenance then sign in from 11:30 to 4:30 then u get a counseling one on one and ahcccs pays for the medicine but if u dont got insurance then u pay 65$ a week...... staff is super rude and aggressive, they throw u out if they suspect u doing any wrongdoing without any remorse. They need to learn how to respect people.. they have no personal experience skills whatsoever.. hate to say this but it true.
No, dosing hours are the same. 24 Hours is just for new Clients 2 sign up.
I dont have ahcccs our personal ins. I don't pay anything out of pocket. I'm covered thru a grant called S.A.B.G.
