At my previous clinic I had to be there before 10am to dose which was difficult for me because I work late night hours. What is the latest you can come in to dose?

If you have take home privileges the dosing hours are from 4:30am to 11:30am other wise you dose from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm so the latest you can dose is 8:00 pm
