Denise the day shift nurse is AWESOME! She treats me with compassion and consideration! She always has a smile for me especially when I am down! She doesn't know the meaning of rude or hateful! She deserves a lot and asks for nothing!

ITS North is a clinic that is overtly concerned with the profitable side of their operations. Not looked at as a person/patient but as how much money they can make off you. The compassion is absent

Your clinic won't work with the hospital? See if you can do a R.O.I for your clinic and Pulmonologist. Or honestly I would just transfer to Intensive Treatment Systems from wherever you are now. In the last 20 years I've been to pretty much all the clinics and ITS is the only one that really cares about you and will help you whenever you need it. Transferring from my old clinic only took me an hour or so it was quick and painless and one of the best decisions I've made in my recovery.
