I had a uniquely empowering experience at Sanctuary. I was looking for something different -without the abrasive, institutional approach to substance abuse treatment. I was looking to heal. This was such a warm and wholesome environment for me. I cannot say enough about the clinical staff, my therapist (who was keenly aware of my daily struggles), my case manager, house manager, art and music therapy, freedom of expression, and the calming ambiance of that southwestern decor. For the first time since arriving in Arizona 4 years ago, I am finally building a healthy support system. Not every day is rose petals and sunshine, but I’m learning that it’s never too late to start the day over. Thanks guys. I received nothing from Sanctuary but love, support, and positive reinforcement. I am grateful today. Onwards and upwards.👍

I was a drug addicted mess wen i got out of prison. I went to a place that was just as bad as prison..than i found Sanctuary Recovery Centers...i was in their care(iop) for the 90 days and i feel like they saved my life, literally..i didnt even think i deserved saving. After working with the team there i know im worth more than i ever thought. We are not our past, we are not bad people. We may have made bad decisions..but our past doesnt define us..our future is in our hands..How free do u want to be? The on site therapists are professionals..and they've been exactly in our shoes. The BHTs are amazing! They really truly care about the clients. The houses are beautiful. Excellent food both at the houses and at the iop clinics. Just a true Sanctuary.

I've been a client at 2 of their locations and have nothing but good things to say about this place. I'm currently enrolled in their Intensive Out-Patient Program and it's been the only thing that's worked for me. The staff here is incredible and welcoming, I immediately felt like part of a family and they helped me with everything from getting my social security card back and insurance handled, and even transportation to court cases. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a program for themselves or a loved one.
