If I go to CMS northern. I also pass by the 24th Street CMS.This location is 3.4miles MAX.Why???.It's been 5plus yrs at CMS. I can Not keep going so far. I am sick.My PCP asks me why can,t I go 3miles Instead of 23miles. Help me to understand?? LAA

Ask your counselor to see if you can get transferred to the clinic that is closest to you, and explain to him/her what you want them to do for you

I also have this same problem. But I go to the 24th St location and the northern location is closer for me. The clinic i go to said they take transfers but the northern clinic said they won't.
