This is a great location. They offer things other stores don't. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Some brands I can get cheaper here than at Walmart (Cascadian Farms!).

Obnoxious employees working here with no sense of decency. I have shopped at most organic/ high end stores and was hoping for at least a semi decent environment here as well. Alas, that was not the case. Received the worst service here compared to any other establishment I’ve interacted with across U.S. Reading some of the other reviews posted here, I see a certain appalling trend towards people of color. If that is the case, then it is a sad sad situation. The freshness of vegetables do not compensate for the disgusting behavior of some employees here. Other than a certain hippie vibe, I find nothing special about this store. If you want good organic food as well as exceptional customer service, I would go to Trader Joe’s. Or actually anywhere but here. No wonder this store has to participate in external programs to increase foot traffic. I guess they need a way to bring more customers to replace the ones they drive away because of their poor service anyhow.
