Lazy staff. The lady did not give me a tracking receipt when I tried to hand in my Priority Mail. She asked me to use the Self-Service Kiosk for receipt.

Worst, horrible and rude customer service. They take absolutely no pride in their job and every employee inside and some mail persons (like one allocated to my area) look and work miserably.
