Carly was our bartender this past Sunday morning with John working along side her. Let me tell you… the place was empty and I’m used to coming to places like this and staff not concerning themselves when they have time to lean. She walked us “non beer drinking folks” through an impressive- in size beer list. Offered us samples and taught us about hops. We settled for their best beer in our tasting, Old town! She was patient and very informative and we will definitely be back to see her this Sunday. John was just as insightful and gave his input. Begrudgingly, We will say… a young gentleman showed up later in our day named Mike? Or Matt? Making what was a wonderful start…less of a positive experience and he almost seemed annoyed with our questions. We will be back to see Carly and John. *Didn’t realize my post would take more than a week to post.... very sad to hear she is no longer with company.
