New tires provided were not installed on vehicle as requested, balancing charged and performed on old, bald tires. Charged additional for requested work to actually be completed. Fortunately, Dan, staff member and ‘acting’ (read-not compensated as) manager, took it upon himself to make it right, even though it was 1 hour before closing. Dan saved the day, and he should be managing his own store, as he seems to understand quality workmanship and good business practices.
