its not an immediate fix. you have to work your way up to a dose that will work for you so that you feel normal. that may take a few months but until then you'll want to keep doing what your doing. the intake process is a few hours or more but most likely a few hours. you have to go every day except Sundays until you can get privileges but ask about that. you will start off small but if you keep going it can and absolutely will change your life. and give you a life.

Pro Life actually its wont take you a few months at all. You go in the counselor speaks to you, you see a doctor, then they start you on dose of methadone 30 mg and the dr will authorize a 5 mg increase daily until you get to 60 mg so on the 8th day you will see the doctor again for an increase. I believe the Dr will authorize 5 mg increases until you reach 100 mg then you can meet with them again for More if you need it. Honestly you feel pretty good on 80 mg. No withdrawals no cravings because your not sick and you get this motivation for something productive because your not spending all your time chasing your next fix. Whether its pills, heroin or whatever you become a person again, fast. It takes about two weeks to feel all the way better, not months weeks. They give random ua once a month so after every two clean ua you get one day take home dose. So instead of coming in daily now you will have Sunday off then your next day is Saturday so now you have weekends off. Good luck

It's the best thing I did for me. I go to community medical Center. Been going 5 years now..its not the best staff is rude well some of them. But it's one of the main or is main for new intakes..they don't take private insurance but does take state ins. You start low but work your way up pretty fast..i think it is a good start and choice if you want off drugs. It also relieves pain.

Agreed with greg my "therapeutic dose" is like 150... One day i just didn't wanna or care 4 to use anymore if was the weirdest thing. Also at the community i go to in sierra vista they dont ever refer to aUAas dirty. P.s. worst part abt the detox is yu sweat a little more than normal... No "sweat" badum-tsss
