Room was spacious and looked great upon arrival. But a few things not cleaned well. No insulation, and the running, noisy guests above us kept us awake till well after 3 am. No directions for tv and remote could not change channels. Limited breakfast selection. Good location to get food, etc.

We loved this place. Booked a place by the Zoo and it turned out to be a dump. The people here took very good care of us. This place was the BEST part of our trip. Thank you!!!

Positive: Room size was decent for the price point. Breakfast was good. Negative: Parking can be a distance from the main door. The 'Master' light switch in the room is very inconvenient...the switch must be on to get power to every fixture in the room but when it is on, the light in the kitchen stays on. Beautiful building from the outside, but our room needed basic upkeep. Carpet seam coming up with staples exposed, kitchen lightbulb out, 2 light fixtures broken, slow bathroom drain, drawer taped shut, aging cabinets all around, strange electric wiring (the bedroom switch turned off the kitchen lights). We had issues with the Marriott Bonvoy app; we never received our "key" in the app, and then the front desk was hesitant to give us a plastic key when we got there. We had plenty of breakfast, but it was all pre-packaged food, not the bacon and eggs like Residence Inn used to have. Our stay was okay but this hotel needed a good cleaning and a more diligent maintenance department.
